Job Overview:

Responsible for managing the P&L and brand and marketing activities for assigned product(s). Develops the strategies and plans for growing the business and meeting or exceeding profit commitments. This includes developing and executing promotional strategies as well as close-in line extensions and maximizing ACH's share of the total market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulates winning programs to grow volume and profit.
  • Develops and executes exciting consumer communications and promotions.
  • Works with Market Research to develop consumer insights that drive volume & share growth.
  • Leads or assists cross-functional team projects.
  • Analyzes industry trends and forecasts market development.
  • Reviews planning and creative execution of brochures, packaging, advertising, sales promotion material, etc.
  • Manages business and spending components to meet annual profit plan.
  • Travels to gain a better understanding of customer sales and consumer issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of branded, packaged goods marketing experience. Prior experience with managing a large product line with a multi-million advertising program. Proven track record of growth in volume and revenue for assigned category. Experience with market research, and interaction with field sales, brokers, customers, outside Advertising, and event marketing firms.
  • Must be proficient in use of computers and have experience with MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
